Maternity leave for Jules!

Maternity leave for Jules!

Dear Patients,

On
behalf of Julia I would like to thank you for the support and well wishes you
have bestowed on her throughout her pregnancy. It has been fantastic to see
Jules carry herself so well, but I guess it comes as no surprise given her background!

I just wanted to inform you
that upon Julia leaving, we will have a temporary replacement in Dr
Claire Richardson (Osteopath), who will be covering from mid-July through until
the end of August. Claire has a special
interest in women‰Ûªs health and paediatrics, and has previously worked in
several busy practices in Melbourne.

As
of 1st September, the clinic would like to welcome Dr Sonia Brozko
(Osteopath) who will be stepping into Julia‰Ûªs shoes, covering similar times
with the addition of Saturday mornings as well. (Yes, that‰Ûªs right, we will
have two osteopaths and Bec our massage therapist available on Saturday!).

Sonia
has previously been based in Brisbane where she has been practising at a highly
regarded osteopathic clinic, and like Julia and Claire, she has a special
interest in the treatment of women‰Ûªs health and paediatric conditions. Sonia
also has dry needling experience, she likes to incorporate exercise
prescription into her patient management, and with a warm and engaging
personality she will be a great fit within the clinic.

As
an extra note, Dr Joanne Vaughan (Osteopath) who has been an integral part of
the team for a while now, is about to commence a series of paediatric workshops
conducted by a very experienced academic and osteopath, Dr Caroline Stone. This
will further enhance Jo‰Ûªs interest in this field and ideally provide you with
an additional avenue for treatment should the need arise.

At
this stage it is unknown as to exactly how long Julia will be on maternity
leave, however she has indicated a break of 12 months is likely. I would like
to wish you the best of health for you and your family, and should the need
arise may you be rest assured that your health will continue to be in good
hands.

Yours
sincerely,
Dr
Chris Reeves
