Rescheduling appointments on Cliniko

So we’ve experienced a fairly smooth transition from Mindbody to Cliniko
Practice Management Software, and trust you are finding the Online
booking system even easier to navigate.
One omission we have noticed, however, is the inability to reschedule or cancel your own appointment online.
To counter this, the suggestion we would make in the event of wanting
to reschedule is to create a new appointment (for the time you want) and
in the ‘notes’ section you can leave a message along the lines
of……”please cancel my other appt that was on xx/xx/2016 @
xx.xxam…”
