New Management Software at Parkdale Osteo Clinic, what it means for you …
Dear Patient,
We would like to inform you that we are changing our practice management software, from Mindbody to Cliniko, which will take full effect from 1st FEBRUARY 2016. We would like to take this opportunity to highlight some of the advantages Cliniko will offer to both yourself and the practice.
- Firstly, if you typically make your appointments over the phone, you don’t have to do a thing! Our clinic number (9580 1820) is exactly the same.
- If you make online bookings, you’ll be pleased to know Cliniko is even MORE user friendly. It will send you a confirmation text and/or email (at your discretion), and will even allow you to sync the appointment with a calendar of your choice (ie ical, Microsoft outlook).When you use Cliniko for the first time, you will need to provide some personal information such as name and email, the system will recognise you as a return patient and you simply follow the booking prompts from there. Please feel free to click on the link below (if you received this via email) or enter into your toolbar to view a video highlighting the online booking process.
- The Parkdale Osteopathic Clinic website will continue to offer the online booking function, and as of 1st February all bookings will be done through Cliniko. In the meantime, if you wish to book online throughout this transition period, it will be through Mindbody. In addition, Mindbody Connect subscribers can still use this platform until the 31st January.
We will be doing everything in our power to try and make this transition as seamless as possible, and apologise in advance if any glitches occur or appointments are mis-managed. This isn’t a decision that has come lightly, however, on reflection of the superior capabilities that Cliniko has to offer, we are extremely confident this system will enhance our team’s service to you.
